John Bonafede performed Sustenance at this weekend’s Art Under the Bridge festival. Calling attention to the global food crisis, Bonafede peeled the heaping mound of potatoes around him while a “friar” fried them for hungry viewers. Bonafede ended a thirteen day fast on Sunday evening.
